They complete their qualifications, join an agency, and arrive motivated, excited, and ready to work hard. But then reality hits.
Most qualification courses teach compliance and legislation, not the real-world process of becoming a successful agent. They teach you how to legally work in real estate, but rarely how to actually thrive in it.
